Craig Francourt
Craig Francourt is the founder of CTF Consultancy and a Learning & Development professional with over 15 years of experience in workforce development, soft skills and organisational culture.
Since founding CTF in 2017, Craig has worked extensively with organisations across Seychelles, supporting teams in government, business and NGOs.
As a Seychellois himself, Craig brings a genuine understanding of the realities and challenges of Seychellois workplaces. Through CTF, he has designed and delivered tailored programmes that respond to the real-world needs of teams, leaders and organisations across Seychelles.
His work focuses on organisational culture change, leadership, customer care, communication and people development. With a practical, people-centred approach, Craig works with organisations to strengthen their teams, improve performance and create healthier, more effective workplace cultures.
Patricia Francourt
Patricia Francourt is a former Government Minister with extensive experience in leadership, workforce development and human behaviour.
She brings together experience in public-sector leadership, organisational training, business and life coaching, and psychotherapy, giving her a unique perspective on people, performance and organisational change.
Her work focuses on behaviour, attitude and mindset change, organisational change management, workforce empowerment and motivation, and building emotional resilience.
She is also an engaging public speaker, known for connecting with diverse audiences through practical, authentic and thought-provoking insights.
